Casting Production (via Supplier Network)
We partner with ISO/IATF-certified foundries specializing in gray iron, ductile iron, and cast steel. Our casting sourcing covers:
- Multiple processes: green sand, resin sand, shell mold
- Flexible volumes: prototyping to mass production
- Quality assurance: PPAP, material certs, NDT testing
All casting quality is managed by YBMETAL, with strict supplier vetting and production oversight.
In-House CNC Machining Workshop
Our own facility delivers precision machining of cast components with:
- CNC turning, milling, and drilling
- CMM-based dimensional control
- Small batch to high-volume capacity
We handle final tolerancing, assembly-fit readiness, and full inspection documentation.
